Membership in KCK offers many benefits for little cost. Annual Individual membership is only $10.00 Annual Household membership is only $15.00 Memberships are non pro-rated and expire on  December 31st of each year. In order to become a member or to renew your membership with KCK, you will need to completely fill out a membership application form. Once you have completed the form, you must print and sign the form. Download KCK non interactive membership application form here. The non interactive membership application form must be printed, filled out completely and signed. . Remember that household memberships require signatures from each individual listed on the form with parent or guardian signatures for minors.
